Grayframe is not just another business selling digital products; we care about our clients on a deeper level.
Our main objective is customer satisfaction; providing outstanding and premium quality products at competitive rates. However, we understand that there may be some special circumstances that call for a refund. Therefore, our policy comprehensively details the procedures for refunds and cancellations for our downloaded PDF templates.
Cancellations
Before we process and provide the download link for the template(s) of your choice, you have the option to cancel your order and receive a complete refund. Remember that; since our items are digital, there are no refunds after the download link is sent.
We usually handle orders within 24 hours after receiving them. Please get in touch with us as soon as you can after completing your order to guarantee a seamless cancellation.
Please note: After processing has started, we retain the right to impose a nominal administrative fee (up to 5%) for any cancelled orders.
Returns (Digital Downloads)
Since our items are digital, refunds are not accepted for any reason other than a mistake committed on our side. Before completing a purchase, we strongly advise you to thoroughly read the product descriptions and view the preview images clearly.
Nevertheless, we are aware that unanticipated events can happen. That’s why, within 30 days of the date of your purchase, please get in touch with us if you have any technical problems with your download process or notice a notable difference between the product description and the actual template. We’ll do our best to find a quick solution. In case the problem persists, Grayframe has the final say in deciding whether we’d offer a complete or partial refund to the client.
Here are s few circumstances where your refund request might get rejected:
- Accidental purchases: We can not issue partial or complete refunds in case of accidental purchases. That’s why, we encourage you to go through the order thoroughly before confirming it with the payment.
- Change of mind: Before making the final purchase, we strongly advise you to review the product description and product images carefully. If your reason for request is a change of mind then there will be no refunds.
- Technical issues on your end: Facing problems with the download process? We’re here to help you out! On the other hand, we don’t offer refunds if the error or technical issues have occurred due to your home computer or internet connection.
Processing Refunds
After receiving your refund request, Grayframe requires 5 business days to review the cause before making a final decision and sending you an email.
In case the request is approved, your refund will be handled and automatically paid back to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please be aware that depending on your bank or payment provider, refund processing periods may vary.
